It’s funny to watch a 2 year-old’s personality immerge as they grow. Today, I was in the kitchen getting breakfast ready and Nick was watching Caillou (pronounced Ky-you, for all of you that don’t know) in the living room. I had the water running, and the next thing I knew, I heard Nick yell, “Daddy! Turn off the water! I can’t hear Caillou.” So, I walked in the living room to turn up the TV a little and he said, “You’re being noisy.” I apologized and then started laughing when I got to the kitchen. Where do they pick this stuff up. I’m pretty sure that I’ve never said that to Emilie and she’s never said it to me. Ah, the joys of parenthood. The things kids say.
